Entertainment was amazing not just the night entertainment but even the day time. Even though it was out of season they still managed to have games for all ages and managed to bring an excitement to many times of the day. Plenty of food no matter the time and a great variety considering it was out of season. Bar staff were wonderful and I'm glad to say that by the end of my trip they all new my regular drink orders off by heart amd tended to bring them straight to my table aswell.

We read the generally glowing reviews on Trip Advisor before booking a family winter break and I'm frankly both amazed and disappointed by the reality. On the plus side, the reception and lounge area are quite welcoming. The outside pool areas, gardens and beach are impressive. However, the hotel is tired, shabby and in desperate need of renovation, repairs, housekeeping/ tidiness...and cleaning. Our rooms were plain shoddy, with dated bathrooms and furniture, broken toilet, lights not working, cracked tiling, broken panelling etc. This was made worse by rooms also being frankly grubby and unclean. There are no niceties, such as a kettle for baby bottles, or tea/ coffee...you have to rent this for an additional daily charge! One of the other major disappointments was the indoor pool and spa, which again, needs a major refurbishment and general shake-up, with the pool area being dirty and unkempt, with broken furniture, toilets etc. When our party requested to look around the spa they instead got a hard sell from one of the male staff, but were shown nothing! In summary, there are way better hotels in the area that are more comfortable, better appointed, clean and welcoming, but I suppose that you get what you pay for!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel highly recommend for families that are looking for a holiday with lots of fun. The staff are lovely especially the entertainment staff the pools are great fun to go in and the beach is lovely. i would recommend for your kids to get involved with the kids entertainment at night and the activities through out the day are great fun and good to make new friends. The food is lovely and is different every night.

Faire la queue du matin au soir ,barbecue les poissons sont cuit par 10 pendant 20 minutes pour 100 personnes Le matin pareil pour 1 jus d orange Tout est à volonté si vous passez vos vacances à faire la queue Sans compter les propositions insistantes de sortie quad ,balneo ,soins des pieds,bateau pirate,excursions divers du harcèlement Odeur de graillon dans la salle de restaurant tout les vêtements sont imprégnés de cette odeur L hôtel est fatigué les 5 étoiles sont une blague monumentale

We have just left this hotel after staying for a week. This has been a fantastic hotel and the staff are all amazing, from the cleaners to the animation team everyone is fantastic. Animation team really made my son’s holiday, he is very pleased to have had such dedicated people looking after him. Excellent clean rooms and well looked after at all times. Thanks again
